The course is divided between classroom tuition, practical instruction, personal practice and self-study.

Classroom Tuition

The classroom tuition will give you the foundation of knowledge that you require to learn hypnotherapy and to undrstand the basic psychology behind it.

Practical Tuition

Much of hypnotherapy can be seen as a practical skill. This course aims to give you those skills as well as a theoretical appreciation of the subject.

Personal Practice

All skills improve with practice and you will be given an opportunity to practice your own new-found skills in a friendly and supportive environment.

Self Study

Between modules there will be short homework assignments and some self-study reading. This aims to enhance the classroom experience by giving some of the background to the subjects discussed. Full written notes are provided.
